Preparation for the Sacrament of First Reconciliation and Eucharist at Good Shepherd parish is a two-year program. Parents are to register their child(ren) at the start of their first grade year. Children receive First Eucharist after preparation in our parish school or catechetical program, usually in the second grade.

Preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation is a two-year program taking place in Junior High. Students who are living their faith and wish to be confirmed, need to register for this program at the start of their 7th grade level. High school students who live their faith and wish to be confirmed need to register for Teen Confirmation 1. They receive the Sacrament of Confirmation at the end of Teen Confirmation 2.
